1. Never arrange a face-to-face meeting with someone you meet online
If the person you chat with on line suggest meeting you, or states they simply want to meet you in person, tell them no and inform your parents. There are people who would take advantage of you if they can. One way to prevent this is to not meet with them. Your parents need to know so they can safeguard you from any one that would want to harm you.
